Complementing the Main Hall, which is suitable for larger functions, the Bowls Clubhouse for the smaller and more informal functions and the Committee Room ideally suited for the not so large conference, is the Club’s brand new Conference and Function Centre.  This venue can accommodate 20 – 160 people for conferences and up to 60 people in the braai function facility.

The new facilities are tastefully furnished and feature the latest in terms of audiovisual equipment, Internet connectivity and normal office functionality.
We also offer breakaway rooms with varying capacities.

Our customised packages can include these optional extras:

  • Rental of the facilities
  • Use of the audiovisual equipment
  • Flip charts, pens and paper
  • Bottled water and mints on the tables
  • Arrival tea and coffee
  • Mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits / muffins / sandwiches

We offer full-day and half-day packages.

The Oakdale Club Conference Venue, centrally situated in the leafy northern suburb Oakdale, offers customised packages to meet individual needs.  It is accessible from major arterial routes and is easy to find.

Our catering facilities offer delegates tailor-made menus to suit the client’s specific needs.  The conference centre is fully licensed.
